Site Development Officer
Responsibilities

1. Develop research & analysis in order to identify new store location
2. Create lease agreement
3. Negotiation with landlord
4. Prepare timetable, checklist, and handover process

Requirements

1. Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
2. Min.2 years experience as Site Expansion Officer / Property Analyst / Business Development Officer / Planner / Marketing Officer in property consultant.
3. Having good logic & strong analytical ability.
4. Exceptional interpersonal & negotiation skill, and have wide networks.
5. Fluent in English (both oral & written) and computer literate.
6. Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci.

Training Specialist (Junior Manager Level)
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing training program for Supervisor – Manager level both Store Operation and Head Office, organizing and executing the training program activities within Matahari to develop employee's competencies align with company strategy

Requirements

1. Male / Female, max 40 years old, min Bachelor Degree with GPA>2.75.
2. Min 5 years solid experiences in training.
3. Having experiences in creating training need analysis and training modules
4. Experienced in delivering training for managerial level
5. Skillful in evaluating training
6. Strong coordination & interpersonal skill

Responsibilities
This position will assists Director in secretarial duties (develop / compile reports, prepare presentation material, arrange schedule, travel arrangement, correspondence)
Requirements

1. Female, age between 25-35 years old.
2. Minimum Diploma from reputable Academy wt GPA ≥ 2.75 (diploma from secretary would be preferable)
