- Have the ability to work together in teams and good interpersonal
- Able to communicate well (oral and written) including presentation skills
- Mastering computer application (Ms.Office)
- Have high initiative and good analytical skills
- Act as a professional with high commitment
- Responsive to information requests and problem solving
- Synergize the difference to realize a better achievement
- Dare to take risks based with calculations and careful consideration appropriate his/her authority
